Study of an exceptional apartment
THE CONTEXT
——
An apartment with generous proportions, exceptional ceiling heights, and a central fireplace that naturally commands attention. A blank canvas awaiting personalization.
THE NEED
——
To make this apartment as much a home as an exceptional address. It was this tension between representation and softness that guided every decision.

A central symbolic axis around the fireplace
——
In Feng Shui, fire is the element of recognition, radiance, and social life. Giving the fireplace this central position means nurturing the energy of representation that the family sought.
The Haiku chandelier, a creation in porcelain, corrugated glass, and brass, crowns the ensemble with rare grace. The porcelain diffuses light rather than exposing it, the corrugated glass makes it gently vibrate, and the brass anchors it in timeless elegance.
Together, they compose an object that does not merely illuminate a living room. They reveal its soul. In neuro-architecture, the quality and softness of artificial light are crucial for well-being: a subdued and diffused light promotes relaxation and the quality of exchanges, which are essential in a high-end reception area.
A custom Art Deco glass roof
——
Between the kitchen and the dining room, the glass partition is perhaps the most narrative element of the project. It separates without cutting, filters without closing, allowing light and sight to circulate while creating two distinct atmospheres.
In neuro-architecture, this controlled visual permeability reduces domestic stress and strengthens the feeling of family unity.
In feng shui, it maintains a fluid circulation of energy between the nurturing space of the kitchen and the sharing space of the dining room. Two intimately linked areas in a family's life.

This study is an invitation to imagine what an exceptional Haussmann apartment could become in the hands of a family who knows what they want, and an architect who knows how to reveal it.

YOUR PROJECT
Your space could go much further
Creating a fair place is not a matter of chance. It is the result of listening, vision, and a design thought out in every detail. Perhaps it's time to take a fresh look at it.
